Tess on TV…talking about her new study on Maori end-of-life care customs


Tess Moeke-Maxwell has been awarded $1.2 million over three years by the Health Research Council of New Zealand to explore Maori end-of-life care customs. She’ll be working with kaumatua and Maori whanau in different parts of New Zealand. Learn more about the project through this video that just aired on Maori Television and features whanau caregivers Jonine Nepia and her partner Red Henare who took care of Jonine’s mum until the end of her life.
